Pre/Post workout window

Noobs, you should make a compilation of all the most important things you have learnt and post it up; a summary if you will.

Would make a good read and maybe all of us can learn something.


I try but then i get to many questions. While there is nothing wrong with questions the answering gets tiresom. So it is better to give someone part of the infomation and let them discover the rest for themself. Only then will it be true to them...

I put 120kg on my total and gained just on 10kg in 9 weeks without worrying about pre/post workout nutrition. My post workout meal was usually 400g of tuna, 1l of milk and 50g of pasta with vegies. Less thinking more lifting and eating.
