Have you had egg white powder before?
It does not mix well, it taste really bad (chalky). You will need to flavour it and use a blender.
Food, its not rocket science mate!
The thing is if you buy any other type of powder aren't you still vulnerable to companies doing the dodgy like the whey at the moment.
My alternative to whey powder when I go away and don't want to have protein powder is jerky and pork crackle but its too expensive to do often.
I think you should do some more research on your alternative sources if you think that eg pea protein doesn't have a good BCAA profile. That along with high digestibility is much more preferable to me than something with a higher bioavailability that I can't digest as easily and costs much more per kg.
Here you go big guy... heard about this on the news fairly recently... Kinda makes sense. Reckon i'd need a lot of sauce on my crickets mind you :

True true - I agree that pea protein doesn't seem to come close to matching up when you read that article, but that page is produced by makers of a whey protein supplement.
There's a few good comments on this page and there's no commercial interest
Lactose Intolerant Bodybuilding: Pea Protein Isolate Amino Acid Profiling! Part 3 - BCAA's and general overview!
Rice and pea proteins ain't gonna happen, not even sure that they are a complete protein with a full and useable amino acid profile having been sourced from vegetarian sources. They have very low bioavailability, meaning they can not easily be used by the human body, pea protein being around 65 compared to egg white which are 100 on the scale.
Some good points though.
mick, contact Laree Draper, on their site, she'll send you some samples of Bomber blend.
