I know there are a few around but I finally got around to uploading my regular recipe. (I also sub out cream cheese for cottage cheese cos I'm a tight ass and eat a lot of cheesecake :P)

Hmm...I think you'd actually be better off doing it by hand as both of those don't really have low speeds.

You really don't want to overmix it. Doesn't turn out well if you do.
