Good open day today had over 10 people turn up and check out the gym.

Joe did bench and squat training.

Decided to test out the sled from rock solid. Realized later on that there was a 10 degree incline on that driveway lol

nice sled boys, christian you look like a white mr T with that beard and mohawk ha ha ha! Im out with an injury at the mo, but when im right to train again ill pop in for a look. cant wait
 
Been a busy 2 weeks but its all done and set.
Just minor things to do.

Training clients tomorrow.

I was faced with a peculiar predicament yesterday when a wheelchair gentleman who works in the area came around to see if he could get Pt's to get bigger/fitter etc.

Will be doing a consultation with him tomorrow. This would be a great learning experience for myself and the others.

Stipe the bigger guy is certified and graded in judo holds superheavy weight k21 Thai champion among other things. Numerous professional fights. Not an amateur.
 
Wow you can really tell my left arm was fucked last night when you watch vids.

Though I tried to train at home earlier failed first set arm gave out got to the gym with the boys and punched out my set.

In regards to the mma, you have to realize that stipe was mucking around with a novice. He isn't going to spear him from 2m away and kill the bloke..

That wasn't a shoot. I didn't even know Trent was filming, that was my attempting at commando role style takedown we saw on one of van dams movies. Haha, it was a muck around session. So Trent, my recommendation is for you to take it down before people think i don't know how to train people. hahaha.
 

:lol: Yeah. In that case I'd at least change the name to 'fucking around at PTC'. There are enough 'I TRANE UFC! COME AT ME BRO!' videos on the net. Don't need another one getting spread around

Stipe did bench today 140kg x 3.. Not bad for a MMA trainer.. and Joe did squats very determined to get to 170 by end of year.
I pulled a 130kg squat just slowly getting back the strength
Sara did 80kgs dead for 3. Shes got some power in her.

Daniel tested his 1rep maxes.
Squats 90kg/bench 90kg/deadlift 140 kg.. Goal is to work him to get a 150 squat/120 bench/200 dead by this time next year.

All good buddy.. Your stronger than u think imo. U just need to get the technique right along with the mental aspect. You have the build to pull some decent numbers.
 
But if theres no curls in squat rack, how can you do curls?

And i never knew Mr T was a member of your gym

There is pretty big 30 foot .. see how it goes..

Ive already rock solid to build the frame and platform (50cm high) for the cage which will be here next monday then it will look much better than being on the ground. I left no expense out concerning that cage.
