Road to CAPO Nationals 2011

How tall/short is Jeff? He looks about my height or less, and holds that 91kg pretty damn well.

I need more big muscular Asian role models in powerlifting to justify me gaining weights. :p

Jeff is around my height or shorter (im guessing 5'7) but a solid mofo he carries it at that height very well. A bit of bodyfat but not much prolly 17% or so..

Great interview thanks for putting up the link. I first saw Jeff lift at the 2009 Nationals and he just gets stronger every year. An enduring memory from the 2009 Nationals is seeing Jeff's training partner Al help Henry on with his bench shirt it is the first and probably the only time I have seen a 100kg + man thrown around like a rag doll.

Great interview Gawain.

Jeff is a top guy, as are all the people he mentioned in the interview.
CAPO, and powerlifting in general is lucky to have guys like that on board.

Can't wait for the next one mate :).
