safety squat bar?

I've used one before, and I don't mind them. Something different, ya know? The more tools at your disposal, the better your chances.

You seem to worry more about shit you want, than the shit you should be doing.

Just get stuck into some lifting mate.

you are incorrect and you do not know me. i don't think you should make such a comment. i don't know what you would have read to make that assessment of me but you got it wrong. :)

Did you mane a thread about wanting to set up a home gym as cheap as posdible?

Or am I confused?

Lol, surry mate, must have you confused with another member.

He was trying to decide between a decent bar for $500 or a cheap china bar for $200.
Pretty sure he got the cheap one, then I thought he was getting a SSB!
That's just retarted as he should have just gotten a quality barbell.

Apologies.

I have a SSB, good if your shoulders are playing up, good mornings and PC work, but definately not a necessity.
