Silly

Dr Stoppani talks about power, he talks about speed, and he talks about fast muscle twitch fibers being activated by the exercise we’re about to see. So here I am waiting/expecting some really explosive throws! What do I get instead is some major contradiction not to mention disappointment.

Why? Because he chooses a smith machine that by its very design has its bar decelerating as it descends or at least it has been designed to be restricted in its descent as opposed to being freely and totally controlled by gravity. There goes the speed, there goes the explosiveness, and I’m left wondering what did I miss…Andy/Shrek?

Fadi.

The point of any curls is too continously maintain resistance at the top and bottom portions of the movement. Disregarding the smith machine arguement throwing the smith bar up like that kinds of defeats this purpose..??

It is after all muscle and fitness??

These kind of vids makes my job training people at the gym just a tad harder. They see these vids and think there's a toned girl doing it. Do it must be good!!
