Squat program

Plenty of people have got plenty strong squatting 2-3 times a week. Hell, a few only squat once a week.

No, I don't know the first thing about either of them.

Well given both squat pretty much daily, and you claim it's only a good idea if you're juicing then you either
1. Think they're stupid
2. Are juicing

Now I don't know about Oni and #1, but knowing Spritcha in a non Internet form he is neither stupid or a steroid user

lmao
Ervyn it's an epub document
Open it in an ebook reader

I'll give it a try tonight, you should know I'm a technology retard!!!

I can't see why I wouldn't be able to squat 5 times a week, especially given I will be doing little else!!

Hell there are guys who do 10-12 squat sessions a week!!!

Update-

Last week I maxed out for 6 nights (differing rep ranges)
This week 4 nights so far...
Last night I hit 2.5 kgs more than my previous 5rm for a set of 7 (ATG high bar)

I have 1 more week before I can start doing overhead work, feeling fried and eating a truck load!!!!!
