supplement decision?

Creatine is about $19 per kilo now last time I bought it, personally I can't notice any difference using it either.

I initally thought this - I found that when I don't take it, I start running out of energy towards the end of a workout, with it I get that little bit more, could be placebo effect, but if it is just that, then it's a fairly cheap one given what some people pay for their pre, intra and post workout "supplements".

WPC/WPC
Creatine mono
Maybe a pre-workout if you need a kick

Thats all you need.

I don't look at the price. I am looking for the ingredients and sometimes I research it.
That's ridiculous.
Sometimes you pay as much as triple for the same or similar ingredients (even inferior). Not saying to skimp on quality for price sake but the commercial branded stuff is waaaaay overpriced esp the supp company you spammed a few times.
