Lately I have noticed some fierce debate in the supplement forum.
Please keep the debates civil. Any future personal attacks will result in banning from posting in that forum.
While I respect peoples point of view about supplement's pro's and con's we must respect the choices members make about choosing to use supplements or not.

Bumping this again.

Please stay out of the Supplement section if you're jusy going flame people who ask for advice. Some people are newbies and are either ill advised or just don't know. Don't flame FFS or you will be banned from the supp section.
 
too true , the flame wars of late have been giving me the shits , i am all for a healthy debate , but when it resorts to personal attacks that is going to far
