T3 one off days

Suuurp,
I was wondering if it's detrimental to take T3 every now and then when I feel like I've over eaten at 25mcg or so. I'm bulking so I don't want to cycle it and lose weight but sometimes I have those days where I know I've eaten too much over maintenance to the point it will put on a lot of fat because I'd like to stay leanish on my bulk.
Thanks.

Don't be silly. T3 has an accumulative effect, not an instant weight drop.

Simply don't overeat.

your thyroid is a very very sensitive component to your body...if your going to take T3, do not take it for extended amounts of time and make sure you keep an even/regular dosing protocol....do not even think about taking it unless you have your diet in check and are doing cardio.
