10.9% body fat by DEXA scan 21-12-2011.

Goal is to gain lean mass all over.
I especially want to gain an inch on my arms and calves, take them from 15 inches to 16 inches.

Yeah, usually do have it cut very short, but was a bit longer just now so looks bad
