  • Barbell Full Squats (3 sets x 20 reps)
  • Machine Lying Leg Curls (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Dumbbell Flyes (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Barbell - Bent Over Rows (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Dumbbell Shoulder press (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Barbell Curl (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Barbell – Close Grip Bench Skull Crusher (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Cable Crunch (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Back Extension (2 sets x 12 reps)
  • Cable – Seated Row (2 sets x 12 reps)
