Training Exercises that you avoid

What exercises / movements do you avoid doing and why? Is it for health reasons? Is it bro science?

Upright rows, don't feel right.

Squats because I can't walk afterwards.

Bent over rows because it ends up turning into something that doesn't resemble a row at all.

Wider grip bench because my shoulders want to explode

Chins kill my elbows.

Decline bench press. The only exercise that feels like it's tearing my shoulders apart, in a bad way.

bent over rows and t-bar rows.

Have always hated them. Need to focus on right stance and do movement too much for my brain.

Upright rows, Behind the neck press, Plate loaded machine chest machines.

Does not feel natural and causes me grief.

When I first started training years ago, unfit as anything, the PT chick tried to get me to do kipping pullups. Never again.

If anyone has the jefit app you will see there is about 1 million exercises in there. I'd say I do about 20 exercises at most so listing the ones I don't do could take a while haha.
