Training Exercises that you avoid

I dont do that many different things personally to be honest.
But ive said Gtfo when my program has had upright rows added to it. Hurts my shoulders, no matter the grip/bar whatever.

I remember asking once why they were there everytime when it was known I couldnt do them...

Tim.

Dips: My shoulders do bad things during them.
Chin Ups: My shoulders do really bad things during them (pull ups are fine, though).
Lateral Raises: My shoulders crunch and grind during them.
Lunges: My knees don't feel like they track properly during them, and it's hard to activate anything other than rectus femoris during them, let alone overloading anything.

Nothing really - I have my core set of exercises but happy to rotate any exercise in to give it a go or change things up.
