Waist: +0.5" (assuming from deadlifting as obliques are noticeably thicker)

I regret not taking any flexed afters, but I didn't have time (or rather my mum didn't) when I was back home for christmas. So only have relaxed comparisons.

My weight started at 85kg, peaked at 92.5kg and finished the year at 83.5kg.

Lifts went from these 1RMS:
Squat: 85kg (estimate)
Deadlift: 105kg (estimate)
Bench: 60kg

And peaked at:
Squat: 135x5
Deadlift: 155x5
Bench: 72.5x5

Haha, I wanted my pics to be identical. Exact same pose, same lighting and even same shorts haha.

It's very hard to tell the difference if the lighting is different, or even if you flex differently

I'd say I failed my goal but I will try harder this year and hopefully im injury free this year

Since the beginning lifts have gone roughly as follows

Squat: 100kg - 130kg
Deadlift: 120kg - 170kg
Bench: 50kg - 80kg

Also competed in my first PTC comp and hit 130sq, 170dl and 75kg paused bench
