On the treadmill what is more effective incline or more speed with jogging?
Superb anaolgy buffcristy.I'd say incline - at least that way your less likely to stack it!
I use a tread mill regularly, and incline definitely gets the heart pumping, but all depends on what you are aiming for.
A variety of both would be best for overall conditioning, keep the body guessing!!!! Mix it up.
