Hi guys,

I'm 186cm, 90kg & 16% BF.

Going to try 0.5g of carbs per pound Monday-Saturday & 2g per pound on Sundays.

Superset training 6 mornings and cardio 3 nights.

Anyone done something similar and what are your thoughts.

Cheers, BTL

Slight calorie deficit

High protein intake

Heavy weight training

Save cardio for later...or if you just wanna eat more...

Yeah I've dropped my calories from 3000-3100 to 2500-2600.

Protein intake at over 300g.

Protein is way too high, replace some of that with more essential fats.

Sounds like a classic low carb with high carb refeeds, nothing fancy once you really get into the nuts and bolts.

Do some HIIT cardio also if you want to get things shifting faster, highly effective plus anabolic.

In your case, since you're new to the game. I suggest you follow a very specific diet, something like CKD or evolutionary diet, you can use Lyle McDonalds 2.0 too if you want. This would allow you to follow a very simple dietary plan without having to worry about your daily intake.
