Hi all,
Haven't been on to much lately due to being in between houses. I trust noobs has found another 32 things we should eat as we will get cancer??? I didn't miss the return of outofcontrol did I? Anyways...

My experience with steroids so far have been great and other then a few weeks where I had wisdom teeth trouble and the flu I have had an excellent 7 weeks of growing. I'm sitting at about 96kg's now but my body fat has stay6ed the same as I'm now eating ALLOT more.

The injection side of things has been fine with no problems except for in the second week where I decided we went to deep after being in pain for 5 days afterwards.

The energy you feel in the gym is nothing like you have ever experienced. The pump you get gives you a massive high not rivaled by many others and I can see why people would get a dependence on that feeling. I feel once I go back to natural training that I will be wasting my time in comparison.

Side effects...yes I got them and they scared the shit out of me! I'm lucky to have access to Armidex to combat sides but when they first happened I never wanted to see steroids again. It was all under control after I started the armidex and nothing has happened since.

Would I do them again? hmmm this is the big question as when you justify taking them for the first time your justification revolves around "I'll just do one cycle". It is very true once you start using you see a different light. After researching more over the last seven weeks I found that you get better results after your first which made me say to myself "I'll just do one more"... Where does it end?

Strength gains have been excellent. I have now surpassed my lifts from before my back injury and I haven't had a niggle since. As I'm not strength orientated like allot of you I won't put my lifts as the ausbb ridicule will be too much for me

Just thought I would let everyone know anyway. Would I suggest doing steroids? Yes but only after a good collection of natural achievements and some age.

You most likely got test Flu. Its a normal occurance in first timers. It usually happens when your body starts shutting down natural test development and starts relying on the synthentic stuff instead. usually last 2-3 days.

I hope your using a 21-22mm syringe to inject and not a 18-19

If your not already cycling your injections sites might be a good time to do it now. E/g Mon (left ass check) Wed (right ass) Sat (Right shoulder) Mon (Left Shoulder) Repeat from (left ass cheek again).
Reason being doing the same spot without letting it heal would lead to getting an internal abcess (yeah i cant spell it).

Good to know u got on top of this. The Hardened bitch tits look aint all the rage nowadays . Just make sure you have all your PCT stuff ready.

The first ive found is always the best in terms of gains and experience. Your body adapts eventually and to gain more u need to increase the same dosages or change to new compounds.

Good to see you have also done research on the matter before taking the "Plunge"

lolz thanks for the informative post gauche, people may not always agree with what your doing but it's best not to ignore them all together but have a source of information, with or without our approval of it.

And dave and ceffo you just made the thread lols worthy. Who woulda thought ceffo could speak seriously? And i expect to see flipped cars on the dvd...
 
Details: 10 weeks test e 200mg a week deca 200mg per week. Armidex during cycle and using cialisis, nolva, clomid for pct as well as natural supps like zinc, dim, stinging nettle, metalolin etc

I got the flu when i had my infected wisdom teeth in like the sixth week so I think it just got my while my immune system was down.

21g syringe and I rotate between and and right hand cheek once a week. PCT is ready!!! Wouldn't have started without it.

If I was to do another cycle I would stick to a test based cycle probably test e and test p.

Divide the shots into a mon/thursday shots of 100 test/100 deca each of those days. Otherwise your going to have fluctuations in your blood levels and u WILL notice it when this happens. (mood swings/fluctuations in strength/migraines and high blood levels at 7th-8th week. I assume your doing a full 12 week cycle?

try the shoulders just halfway between your shoulder blades and your triceps. This gives time for your receptors in your ass to recover.

Both of those are from the same compound/family but with different half lives. Not an advisable stack. try test P with EQ for 8 weeks.
The test P for major gains and the EQ for steady regulated gains and helps your joints.


Also i assume your masturbating around 3-4 times a day?.. That shit is chronic..!!!
 
Alright I'll put some more research into my next cycle if I decide to do one. I'll give the split injection idea a go as of next week because I have been weaker and more lethargic by the end of the week. Haven't had bloods done yet, I wasn't going to until after pct. If I have the spare time and money I will. Ceffo I'm doing a 10 eel cycle, should I extend to 12?

- The lethargy is due to the life cycle of the gear wearing off at the end of the week. Thats why u split it up (kinda like a booster)
- I generally do my blood work 4 weeks before the cycle its usually free if you have medicare or health care. i wont go into a cycle if my test/thyroid levels are below average and then another blood test after PCT.
- Well i say 12 weeks because because test e and deca really only kick in around week 4. It takes awhile for it to work. So in reality its only really been 4 weeks or so (out of your 7 weeks so far) since u have really gained from it.

General rule of thumb is if the gear has a longer half life (such as test e or deca do a 12 week cycle).. And u only inject 2 times a week

Short half life esthers such as Test Prop/Oral Dianabols (use a 6 week cycle) as they kick in from week 1 and u dont want to be doing 3-4 injections a week for the next 12 weeks
 
You can also try injecting into your outer quad, half way between you knee and hip

Easiest way to find the best place in you delts is to raise you arm up paralell to the floor, look at the central delt muscle locate the top /peak and go.

Also if you use a z track method you will bleed less, ie pull the skin side ways and inject, when you remove the needle, alow th skin to move back into place.

2 years of nursing studies lol..
