Made this for breakfast this morning...it was so good, thought I'd share it around:
Vanilla Almond Pancakes
50g egg white,
30g pea or whey protein powder,
20g almond meal, dash vanilla, dash ground cinnamon or wattleseed,
1/2 tbsp lucuma powder,
5g psyllium,
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
coconut water or almond milk (enough for batter consistency).
Top with mango protein fluff made with frozen mango, coconut water, casein, dash vanilla!
Awesome breakfast....most of you might need to double the recipe
