Hello fellow members I have started taking. 1mg of b12 daily purchases from the pharmicy .
It's $14 for 3ml as a budget body builder I'm looking for a cheaper source to buy in bulk.
Would I be able to use animal grade b12 and what are some good sites I'm able to purchase it off

I remember reading b12 was the placebo injection that doctors used to use on the hypochondriacs that would come in and complain that they feel tried, lacking energy ect but there was nothing that the docs could find wrong with them.

Basically to shut them up the doc would give them a B12 and tell them it will boost energy and now because of the placebo effect it has the reputation of boosting energy, appetite ect

Unless your actually deficient it's not going to do anything.
