Current fav is chicken wings, covered in cayenne and piri piri (not peri peri)
180 for 30 mins one side, turn, reapply spices, move to bottom of oven and crank it up to full for 10 minutes
My wife makes lean beef mince, mixed with rice, onions, herbs, stuffed into a large hollowed out green capsicum and boiled in a tomato sauce.
Its called Paprika.

That brings back memories from my mum making Paprika, we'd also have it with Polenta or mashed potato on the side.
