Hi just wanted to know if the unflavoured protein powder is a better option. I just got some Dymatize ISO-100 choc Flavour, and its nice, but a little too sweet and chocolaty for me.
Any suggestions?
I eat protein 7 times per day, if by chance one of those times i cannot have whole foods I drink a shake. The only shake i have is post workout. This is my choice however having another shake during the day does no harm.
I never have a shake on it's own though, I will have usually some almonds with it.
