So what is everyone running nowadays, what are the latest greatest bb programs. Alot of buzz on forums about PHAT & DC, whats your experience who recommends what?

Smart ****s, this is in the bb section. I was asking about what bb programs and splits people are running. I've done upper/lower 531 russian shit to death. Come at me with bb splits.

This is a bodybuilding board.

Well that is what I do to grow muscle and I'm guessing I have competed in as many BB shows as pretty much everyone else in the BB section. So I am as much of a BB as anyone here.

Day 2 - Deadlifts + Shoulders assistance
Day 3 - Bench / Rows + some assistance
Day 4 - Squats + leg assistance (leg press or front squats / leg curls. SLDL)
Abs whenever.

yes it is a BB split. Reps range from 6-10 for compounds and 10-15 for the rest.

Bazz, don't start that sh*t again.
There are 2 types of BB's. Competing BB's and non-competing BB's. They are still BB's.

Darko, bolded section had me assuming he was talking about my upper lower split but i may be wrong.

I have competed in pl (although not very competitive I had a go) hoping to one day do a bb comp but I do hate dieting.

Bodybuilders are just powerlifters on a diet

No they aren't you won't see many bodybuilders with small calves relative to quads, neglected forearms, massive squat arses compared to upper body. They are two totally different sports. Have you done either?

Thanks mate.

Baz, the term bodybuilder is just that, a term to describe what sort of exercise/workout someone is doing, if they're exercising to build muscle then they are bodybuilding.

Groar will get his panties in a twist if we discuss this here. Maybe another day.
