Can anyone who takes Creatinee Pyruvate, please weigh in on what your favourite brand of CP is, that's available in Australia (and preferably available in both tablet and powdered form), do you take and what Aus stores sell it (I'm in Brisbane), as I went to one gym supply store and the sales guy hadn't even heard of it.
I read that Creatine taken on its own, makes some people feel bloated and also sick, hence why Pyruvate is apparently required.
