What Whey Protein isolate would you suggest based on Price, Nutrition, taste ect.

IMO Musashi is the biggest rip off supllement in Australia and the only people who use are begineers who dont know much and people who dont care about $$

They were busted a few years back for incorrect labeling or something like that. can't remember exactly.

$80 for for kg would not be WPI, it would be a blend of more than likely filled with simple carbs.


This is the best and cheapest.

I payed $330 for 20kg delivered.

I like Optimum Nutrition products.

I did use 100% Whey from ON for a long time, then after i did a creatine cycle, i used ON Pro Complex Gainer, i put on a bout 8 kilos and now i want to cut up, would i be best to go back to the WPI instead of using a gainer again??
