 Hey guys, I know this is going to sound so blonde & I am not blonde. But I have been training now for 3 years or more & changed my workout routine since joining this site (learnt more). I am not sure exactly what I have done to do this, but I have found some new chest muscles that I have not had before!
They start kind of at arm pit level & go accross the chest & come out when I do a lat spread. It has been so long since I have seen a real change in my bod other than parts of me getting smaller or bigger.
Kind of inspires me.....just thought I'd share.:)

That's excellent. Just goes to show if you put the effort in you will get results.

Thanks guys, especially for the picture. But I think they are my pec's, the difference now is I can (flex) not the word I want to use, but make it move when I tense up. It's a new experience.
