FREAKY FIT: WORLD'S OLDEST FEMALE BODYBUILDER
ZOO's renowned for bringing you the fittest women on the planet, so how could we pass on the opportunity to introduce the world's oldest female bodybuilder?
You won't find 75-year-old Ernestine Shepherd knitting sweaters in her spare time; she's out the door at 2:30am punching out 16km runs through her hometown of Baltimore in the US, before retiring to the gym where she gets busy pumping serious senior-citizen iron, according to the BBC.
Guinness World Records have now officially crowned "Miss Ernie", as her gym-junkie buddies refer to her, the oldest female competitive bodybuilder in the world.

"If ever there were an anti-aging pill, I would call it exercise," crows Shepherd.
The crazy thing is — Shepherd only began her training at the age of 71! (Take note, ageing butterballs).
Not surprisingly, Shepherd is a winning the pacemaker-laden hearts of seniors the world over.
ZOO caught up one such fan: Australia's answer to Shepherd, legendary 79-year-old fitness guru Graham Sayer (pictured), who just returned from his usual morning boot camp session on the Gold Coast to sing her praises.
"What she's done is fantastic!" gushed Sayer. "It's never too late to start ... unless they're about to screw the coffin lid on."
79-year-old fitness fanatic Graham Sayer.
Sayer says such a regime "keeps the muscles toned and avoids sagging, particularly in women".
He now only wishes more women could be like Shepherd, growling: "Girls once looked nice and slim but these days many just look like beach balls!"
