been researching through the threads and may have missed it but as of yet have not found it, if this sort of question has been asked before (which I AM SURE it has...) can you provide a link to the thread please

Besides the difference in ingrediants what are the benefits of them are they to be used in tandom as in ones a pre workout and the other post workout, or is one only to be used for certain individuals I'd like to find some good enough on both since it is the bread n butter of supplements.
As I said b4 if its been addressed b4 please link me the thread so I can read it
