written workout ?

I did when I was doing SS/5X5, had it written down on a peice of paper outside (home gym).

I don't bother now, I just do what I want, its always squats and then bench. sometimes deads, calf raises, chin ups, rows, 21's. Or any combination of them. Then stretch my rib cage out lol. Only problem is been slack and haven't done (heavy) deads in a while....

Every workout is planned and written out and then recorded. If I feel good I sometimes will add an extra set or extra exercise to push my limits.

I used to write down all my workouts religiously many moons ago but these days I do it from memory, that's not to say that I don't plan it out, I know what I'll be doing for the next 2 or 3 moths but it's certainly not written in stone.
