I guess the body I have seen recently that I like the most, and would (with shitloads of consistent training) be actually achievable for myself, would be Ryan Reynolds:
I'd want to add another 5kgs or so of muscle to this frame above, but he's at well below 10% BF here, so bulking up to 10% BF would probably be enough.
