lucky for me i dont, my grip if great, has never failed... so far lol
i wasnt saying they are pointless.... buddy and i was saying that you creating a thread to go "see i told you so" was pointlessIf you go back to when I was doing them, I was having grip problems. I did them for about 4-5 weeks and haven't had problems with grip since.
I tend to hold my deadlifts at the end of the lifts for a count and this does a similar job.
