You know you're bulking when....

when you are bloated as shit 90% of the time
you are borderline vomiting trying to force more food in and resort to washing food down with water

haha love the esky to work because its true, i carry a cooler bag with me everywhere. im on that perma bulk time -damn ectomorph

You don't count calories, you count plates or bowls

lol I do this and I am cutting
Both me and my house mate do the same training and diet now.
We have either chicken wings or 25% fat ground beef
We both count number of fats a day and use that as the metric, oddly enough.
Pretty much just take body weight in pounds, times it by 2.2 for grams of protein a day, then halve that for fats. Then we organise this into grams of chicken wings or mince needed for an entire day. Divided into 4 then put in 4 tupperware.

We call each tupperware 1ui. Yes, I am fucking hilarious.
So for me with only eating chicken wings I eat 7kg a week so that is 250g of chicken wings = 1ui.

So monday/tuesday/thursday I will have 4ui for dinner
Wednesday and Sunday I will have 2ui for lunch and 6ui for dinner

You split your business trousers lifting shit off the ground at work and have to do the walk of shame to Target to get the next size up.

You stretch your pecs out at work and pop a few buttons on your shirt.

Your mobility prevents you from being able to scratch your back and you need a back scratcher.

You can lift heavy ass weight!

It's just regular mince

i was under the impression regular mince is no more than 17% fat (coles brand standard) the only reason i ask as i love making burgers and as fat is flavour im always after fat heavy mince, 25% would be perfect

Just add butter or ghee
Fats are literally the easiest thing to increase
I buy all my food from butches, greengrocers, etc

which ones in particular?

Ha - the second button on a few of my work shirts comes dangerously close to popping if I stand with good posture, I noticed the other day that I can't wash the middle of my back with my hands like I could 6 months ago and a couple of guys at work are trying to put me off by saying that I'm getting fat etc.

your wife doesn't bother taking the family sized lasagna out of the container and just puts it on a plate. (can't believe I ate that fker)
