I'm trying to figure out what to eat as a pre-workout meal. I'm currently trying to bulk and usually train at around 6:30 in the evening so I have plently of time before hand to eat. I'm thinking chicken breast with 1/2 to 1 cup of basmati rice about 2 hours before training.
What does everyone else do? Any suggestions?
