    Major Exercises & Commercial Gyms

I never see any squats or deadlift. The powercage is only used for rows LOL. Whenever i squat or deadlift people look at me funny. OHP is even rarer!

Finally brought a house - Bring on the home gym!

Have a talk with Graeme from littleblokefitness, hes a small business in melbourne. I bought a home gym recently and was negotiating between gymandfitness and littleblokefitness, they matched their prices but i ended up going with littleblokefitness as the service was much nicer, helpful and...

Brand Name Equipment Compared to No Name Brand Equipment

I think muscle motion is an australian brand. I know ABC bars are made in australia. I bought a force rack recently, with the lat pulldown attachment, it fits very well for its price, looks quite nice too imo. However, its nothing compared to the hammer strength commercial rack!

    - Low bar squat is not an exercise -

Do whichever you like doing more. In the end, its what gets you under the bar to lift. As long as u increase the weight consistently, you will be fine!

How do you guys stay motivated with an injury?

All for myofascial release. That book really helped with a bunch of my problems. Helped with range of motion, knee pains, back pains. Helped my daily posture too. Not sure why your all arguing about it, myst is just trying to suggest an alternative that may help.

    Muscle soreness

Try a deload. If it continues to happen, maybe reconsider your routine. Also work on your mobility, foam roll it out, lax ball, etc. Kelly Starret has a good book on this called 'Becoming a supple leopard' Personally, I would ditch the pre-workouts. Good luck! If it still happens, you...

    Flavour Your Own Protein

I've seen a bunch of american youtube fitness channels use this http://www.makeitmio.com/ I have not found an aussie alternative though :(. Though with the flavours, it would probably fit a home made preworkout rather than protein. Maybe you could add walden farms syrups to your shake? Haven't...

Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

Howdy! I'm Daniel, i'm currently a 17 year old male living in Sydney's inner west suburbs. I've been lifting for a year and a half. I wouldn't even call the year lifting though, I was just mucking around with one body part a day routines, not knowing why I did not progress in strength. My bench...
