    Rumble Roller

    I got a black rumble roller off ebay for about $100. I like it for my lower back all the way up to my shoulder blades. I prefer pvc pipe for my glutes and down. I use a Barbell for my arms. Not sure if that's any help. :D

    i think some people are more tolerant to the smell then others, i have the G&F ones, straight from the pack was like 2 seconds of smell, but it went away when i chucked all the packaging.

    4x8 of tricep pushdowns, either with the flat bar or the rope. (A/B/A - B/A/B workout)

    after I had a month or so off I found my technique was the worst, couldn't workout why, until I revisited it, blasted back up to where I was previously.

    Beginner Equipment

    my honest opinion is that the pad is too narrow (along with 2 mates, ranging from 175-180 and me at 183), I made my own pad at 29cm wide that bolted on. If you go into the show room see if you can test it out, i got it shipped so i couldnt.

    black muscle motion rack with hi/low pully muscle motion bench with new wider pad shitty oly bar with 6x20's, couple 10's,5's, etc (170kg of plates) home made weight tree hollow bar and std weight plates for curls square weights off a total gym for the pully system.
