    Hannibals 2013 makeover

    In on this! After 6 months of getting into weight training things sort of came to a halt. Bit of shit going on in life and illness after illness I decided a break was in order before I broke. Currently at 68kgs. Will be looking to put on 4-5kgs over the next few months and get this weak looking...

    Beetroot juice - proven to improve performance ?

    Heard of this a while a go along with Cherry Juice because the British Cycling team were using them for muscle inflammation and recovery if I remember correctly.

    Some impressive results. Did before and after photos, no measurements. Did my press ups in varying amounts spread through the day as well as PTCs beginners program 3x a week. 1st Aug 31st Aug Was expecting them to feel a bit easier through out the month but didn't really notice that...
