    Really fucking hungry!

At the end of the day people need to find that balance and have a good relationship with food. The food types they enjoy and what there personal preference is for meeting their nutritional needs, satiety, taste etc etc can and should not be influenced by stupid labels like ''clean'' ''dirty''...

Fat Guy Wanting to Get Fit

You don't need to go on a 25-30% deficit. You will lose weight by simply being in a calorie deficit so there is no need to limit for food intake for no reason. Plus the bigger the deficit to start with the less to work with in the future ;)

    Really fucking hungry!

My suggestion would be instead of having a high carb day and a low carb day, have an averaged out carbohydrate intake on a habitual basis and that will help with your hunger levels. Your insulin levels will have an inconsistent habitual release (due to some days being high and others low)...

    Easter Blowout and lost weight???

Drop protein as it does not need to be that high, increase carbohydrates and leave fats as is.

    Really fucking hungry!

Dem some LOW carb intake right there. Any reason for that? With the 1440 calories you are consuming, I think the macro balance could be altered and you may then find it will help curb your hunger ;)
