    Thanks everyone, rest certainly has its place for the body to recover especially when trying to increase weights. But if you got your diet in cheak and your body feels up to it, sounds like it wouldnt be a problem just not every week.

    I dont throw away the whites, i mean i have 3 normal eggs and throw one yoke. Is that enough eggs pre workout? Im thinking of having a boiled egg with lunch too. Also the sausages arn't meat there vege, reason being im vegetarian but I can have eggs and cheese.

    Unfortunately I have very limited amounts of dairy, because I was always blowing my nose when I was having dairy. I just drink soy and rice milk now. So that sort of rules out the milk idea.
