    So i am 189cm, 108kg around 16-19% body fat. im 19 My current prs for deadlift is 195 for 2, pr for bench is 130 for 5. i dont squat very often but my best squad ever was 160 for 2. I have been training for about 18 months

    i train back on a different day to deadlifts. i do all my lat work the day before i train deads. my back is currently best part of my physique good amount of mass and good separation. i just like being strong
