Because they're Doctors Mick, asking for a certain test is a sign to them that you think something is wrong (with your health) and so they want to know why you're asking, as they may have a better way of "fixing" your issue or diagnosing a problem. Sure it doesn't come from their bank account...
Hey gang,
I personally drink about 4-6 tea bags worth of green tea most days ( I say it that way coz I'll throw in 2 bags in a larger cup).
But anyway, what are your thoughts on it's "weight loss" properties..... I'm looking to loose some fat over my uni break so I figure maybe I should add in...
Really? That's interesting, even at 75kg I had a gut and man boobs, now more so, that's how I figured I was getting a bit to fat, guess I''ll need to focus on trying a lean bulk.
I'm floating around 85 +/- 1kg, I'm about 6'3". Didn't follow any "macros guidlines" or whatever just got in lots of proteins and what I think was sensible carbs and fats.
I agree, personally when I started in around feb i was sitting at late 15% BF and I've always wanted visible abs but I had to look at things long term. Abs now or long term gains of muscle and strength? I choose the later and have put on around 10kg since I started whether its fat or muscle its...
Well mainly heard things about it affecting the kidneys and that it's not effective.
Hmm just been checking out the BN aminos seems like a bargain if u buy them plain then just add the flavouring yourself! anyone else done that?
Hey guys, I've been somewhat against using creatine as a result of hearing bad stuff about it in the past but it seems recently it's getting thumbs up. So I'm considering giving the Bioflex or Bn creatine a go but I'm wondering if it's right for me based on my goals over summer.
basically over...
Hey guys,
Figured I should get a little scale to use at home to help me track how much I eat and to keep the amounts relatively consistent.
Any suggestions? I know there's a million on ebay but hoping to hear from someone who has bought one....and it still works 2 weeks later.
thanks!
People will say add 2.5kg everyweek etc etc but do what you're capable of doing comfortably with good form, if you can add 5kg or even more this week then great if not do 2 or 3kg,whatever works best, don't hold yourself back by always adding only 2kg or whatever.
Just looked up what u meant by fat bars and I think you're onto something, the thickness of the bar seems to be an issue and I think that makes it even harder for me, so I think straps or those silicone grips (maybe not for deadlifts) could be a great help.
Thanks guys, I'll look into all those things.
When I said look like a tool, I meant I'd look like one because I'm not lifting very much weight...and so shouldn't need any help from straps, but if you think they will surely help then I will just grab a pair, they seem inexpensive.
Got 93.55 UAI when i did mine and a state rank....feelsgoodman.jpeg
Advice: dont be nervous, that's for chumps and you're not a chump
Predict what they'll ask, that's what they will ask....worked for me.
use your intuition.
I really want to increase my grip, when doing deadlifts I find it hard to keep a hold of the bar itself (the weight is fine). I use gloves and that makes so real diff IMO, guess I could try those straps but I'd probably look like a bit of a tool using them seeing as I don't lift that much as...
