    Yeh, I agree that the creamed rice doesn't sound great. Possibly add some tuna & chillies in there somewhere too.

    I would say have a break, when you are not well you don't train properly & may be just going through the motions which is a waste of time. Also, if you aren't at your best your technique could be lacking leaving room for injury/strain. Have a break & then train like there's no tomorrow when...

    So how do you do this? :confused: My shoulders, back, upper arms, abs & legs are coming along nicely. But how do you grow the forearms? I have been trying underhand grip rowing. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
