    You can get some from anaconda which is made from magnesium cabonate which what lifting chalk pretty much is, I got a small block for like 3 bux does the job.

    anyone actually done GOMAD? What was your experience with it?

    Didn't turned out too well for me became lactose intolerant which I was never was to begin with, would always feel bloated and gassy as times from my experience.

    By next month I will be going over sea's for family reasons. I was wondering if I go on the GOMAD and eat 6x a week and work out this month will it work? but if i go oversea's after the GOMAD program will I just gain fat? since I cant work out overseas and will be spending time with the family...
