    My bench went up over 50kg in the first year but I've never really concentrated on a bigger chest. I've got big triceps and fairly big back which seems to help with my bench.

    Home Gymers: Is it rude to train while you have guests over?

    People come to my house for two reasons only. 1. Drink. 2. Train. If mates drop in and I'm drinking, they drink with me. Same with training, if someone comes over while I'm training, they can either join in or grab a blue can.

They've spoken about strapping my traps so I don't over use them, work the muscles that need to be working and not just relying on a bigger muscle group so much. I've even had to change the way I walk, sit, stand, bend, just about had to re learn...
