what time are they leaving?

I have two small kids. Sometimes they teethe or get sick or don't want to go to bed. I can't keep training when they start crying. Most training nights I don't start training until 9.30-10.

If training means that much to you, you'll start at 11pm or 12 if that's what it takes.

Had people drop in tonight, did mobility while they talked shit. Didnt feel rude to sit on a ball.

People come to my house for two reasons only.

1. Drink.
2. Train.

If mates drop in and I'm drinking, they drink with me. Same with training, if someone comes over while I'm training, they can either join in or grab a blue can.

From earliest memory the creamy moment envelopes us but to fight insular thoughts can be requirement for upward gains.
