At 6'1" I can 'just' overhead press inside the rack... easily outside, plenty of clearance for just about anyone. Would love just one more set of 3x3 inch J Hooks.. but they seem hard to come by.

New House - New gym ...at Home

Spin bikes are better for the money than cheap exercise bikes. Personally I love the expresso bikes, (not home gym suitable at 5k) A pin loaded cable crossover is a lot more convenient than a plate loaded one.. Concept 2 rowers are hard to beat, but around $1500 Sent from my GT-I9505...

    Help me pick a bench.....

The previous iron edge bench was pretty heavy duty, if anything the padding is a bit firm. I haven't used the latest but took a quick look in the shop and it feels generally solid, but haven't actually used it. I find my old iron edge bench comparable to gym quality equipment for the...

Cheapest calibrated weight plates in Australia

ABC BOP220 has 440mm sleeves, so yes, although you'd have a very short space for collars. But 4x25 and 3x20 still gives you 340kg with space for a thin collar.. It might be cheaper to buy a deadlift bar with longer sleeves than go for super expensive plates Sent from my GT-I9505 using...

Which last peices of equipment to get
