    Ey big fella... nice program youve put together... Couple of tips... Up your reps for most sets to between 6-8... this will give you enuf pump to put on mass but allow you to lift heavier for some strength gains as well... Being that your only just getting back into the weights you will...

    PROTEIN PANCAKES!!! 1 x cup of ground oats 4 x scoops Proto Whey 3 x egg whites Pinch of cinamin Pinch of baking soda Add water to desired thickness... Goes heaps good with sugar free syrup :D:D:D

    I disagree... I still drive thru heels. Also find it activates my quads more and keeps my centre of gravity of the total weight more central relative to my own body...
