So finally started making progress with bench, getting a bit heavier (for me), and starting to see a difference
Then, bloody incline bench, too much too soon and got a twinge in my right shoulder. Stopped, felt ok, took all the weight off and lifted the bar, to try and "feel" what was going on...

Upper body this morn, HIIT session this arvo... Actually, high intensity might be overstating it, launched into my old man sprint, quad went "like fuck you're doing that!"

Was a bit nervy cos I've had some lower back pain since the last session, but went a bit lighter on deads, was all good
fukn pull-ups are hard... I'm 95kg. Can get 4, 3 and 4
