    So finally started making progress with bench, getting a bit heavier (for me), and starting to see a difference Then, bloody incline bench, too much too soon and got a twinge in my right shoulder. Stopped, felt ok, took all the weight off and lifted the bar, to try and "feel" what was going on...

    Feck... Currently, work meetings are happening in Paddington (bris). So yesterday, breakfast at cafe was ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter, maple syrup and bacon Lunch at the Paddo, eye fillet and salad Dinner with HR director at libertine... I think it's Viet / French... Holy fuk...

    Back today... Was a bit nervy cos I've had some lower back pain since the last session, but went a bit lighter on deads, was all good fukn pull-ups are hard... I'm 95kg. Can get 4, 3 and 4 Couldn't get one a few months ago, so def progress. I want 20 by the end of the year..

    I am conscious of making sure I get what I need, especially enough fibre I figure as long as I keep up a good variety of veg, I should go ok
