needs a variety of veg. maybe a pizza base occasionally lol

I gotta do something a bit organised to break my shitty eating habits....

it's not a bad thing then. just don't restrict too much to only a few foods. not so much from a boredom perspective.
more so from a health perspective - you need variety to get all your micronutrients and feel good.
also, overly restricting can lead to issues down the track.

i'm a creature of habit when working but i still vary it up quite a bit to make sure i'm getting a variety of nutrients from all the foods.
 
I am conscious of making sure I get what I need, especially enough fibre
I figure as long as I keep up a good variety of veg, I should go ok
