That is one of my favouritest cakes and I have made it like 3 times (once with raspberries which also turned out awes)

It is! Also great if you sub orange for the lemon and use strawberries and passionfruit!

got raw garlic prawns baking in the oven. mmmm post workout feast.

as well as prepping the usual chicken, salmon and vege for tomorrow.

I'm off to a bledisloe cup lunch now. Couple of ex-wallaby guest speakers. Let's see what the spread is like before I say anymore lol
 
left over Pad Thai from the other nights dinner, freaking awesome, but not photogenic when served in a lunch container........
 
ponzu marinated turkey breast strips and stir fried baby kale (LOL) with chilli and garlic and some oat sourdough for post training late lunch.
